Billingsgate
Andrea, Trisha, and I had a quick lunch here at Billingsgate after running some errands. I decided to try the clam chowder and the hamachi crudo which I haven’t had for awhile. We also had oysters, this time Miyagi and Kusshi. I forgot to take a picture of my Spanish toasts. Both Andrea and Trisha

Truffle, Barbaresco, Pasta
Trisha was in town so of course we timed our truffle delivery for when she was here. A bit of egg pasta with a buttery cream sauce, fresh Perigord truffles from Provence, and a 2017 Produttori Barbaresco.
