It’s Wednesday and an opportunity to celebrate Andrea b-day again! Nice ingredients and interesting flavors. The salmon was a bit of a miss (and we otherwise love King salmon), but otherwise everything was very enjoyable.

Caviar, martinis, steak
It’s Saturday night! Trying a new caviar purchased from Billingsgate, the local seafood store in our neighborhood. Tasty, but texture was a little gummy. Billingsgate
We’ve been meaning to try the newest restaurant in our neighborhood. Probably a bit much for lunch, but what a treat…shigoku oysters, kanpachi crudo, octopus, toasts with anchovies and jamon iberico, and Dungeness crab on a brioche. Yum!!
