A few pictures from Lazy Bear on Friday. Third time eating here. First time was pre-pandemic and I can remember how bold it was of them to require pre-payment which is so normal now. Frist drink and bites were upstairs and then we were taken down to the communal tables where we were all served at the same time and each chef would announce their dishes. Second time was in 2023 and still started drinks upstairs and bites upstairs and then moved downstairs where seats were semi-communal (same table, but each party slightly separated by a floral arrangement. It seemed like it had been so long since we had eaten here last. We were taken straight away to our tables which fortunately was the one closest to the kitchen. Food was still very good an whimsical at times. The lamb chop was pretty great. Back upstairs for dessert and the after dinner Madeiras with the oldest being an 1912. Was definitely worth a revisit.
