Fonduta, steak, pasta, truffle
Hump day repast – fresh truffles shipped from Les Pastras (I was waiting all day for the DHL delivery like an expectant father…). Fonduta and an aged Burgundy. Rib eyes (one aged and one not) with egg pasta and an aged barabaresco. A trio of desserts with a trio of digestifs. Should help us make

We ate here for a special occasion and wanted to splurge a bit and try someplace new. Technique and presentation were certainly impressive.
