Le Soufflot
We grabbed lunch in Mersault at Le Soufflot. I had the zucchini starter (seems to be very in season here dive we see it everywhere), the duck with beets (also in season) and the strawberry dessert. A nice enough impromptu lunch.

Wine tasting in Côte de Nuits
The wine tour was very informative even though we’ve certainly consumed a fair amount of Burgundy, we didn’t quite grok the sub-regions and the numerous vineyards as well as the AOCs all interrelate for a given wine.
