Our weekly dinner out, but also our anniversary dinner. So great to have some elevated Mexican/Latin cuisine… we’ve had so much French/California/European fine dining cuisine, we really enjoyed something different. Flavors, ingredients, preparation, beverage pairings were all so interesting. Difficult to pick a favorite with so many great flavors during the masa courses, the taco courses, the main, and the desserts, but I’d have to go with the quesabirria, because the broth was so rich and flavorful. We tried some of their select choices for anejo and mezcal which really made us rethink our perceptions of those. A great experience and so glad we came back to try this again.
