Kochi

Here in NYC for work and was able to convince my coworkers to try this Korean skewer place (1 Michelin star) which conveniently was only a couple blocks from our hotel. Food was so different and interesting compared to the usual fare…different layers of flavors with each course and the wine/soju pairings worked really well. We added the Chef’s Special abalone course which was definitely worth it.

    What is that green soup thing? Intriguing. I do rather enjoy mackerel.
