Our neighbors have season tickets courtside this year for the Valkyries. Stanford invited me to a game. Their tickets give them access to the JP Morgan Club which is also fairly close to our seats. It was fairly crowded pre-game with almost no available seats. Food is just buffet, but included a carving station station. Food is much better than any airport lounge. Drinks are also free, but I did spy a bottle of Pride so I asked about a glass of that, but that was a premium drink, so I skipped that. I had two rounds of food to try the different offerings (and then some chips and onion dip at halftime). No complaints and nice that this was all inclusive with their tickets, esp. given the typical cost of concessions. The courtside seats were amazing – seeing the action up close you really sense how physical everything is. Best of all, GSV got the W and are against a tough opponent and they are moving up in the standings! Thanks again Stanford (and Andrea since it’s no doubt really her tix since she’s a superfan) for a fantastic evening out! My treat next time!
