Italian (Friuli region) dinner with Trisha in Boulder. Tasting menu in the alpenglobe seating (this would be a perfect she-shed in our back yard). Wine pairing and aged amari and barolo quinato for digestif. Food was good, not quite Michelin star level, but adventurous and interesting. Wine was very good and the servers and sommelier were very friendly and knowledgeable. Very enjoyable experience (and better than the food, but then again we are big snobs).
