Quince
Happy birthday dinner for my wonderful wife! One of the better meals I’ve had this year (and I’ve had many fantastic ones)… The layers of flavors, interesting wine pairings, and fantastic company made for a memorable meal.

What better way to spend Star Wars day than some fine dining. Plus it was Scott’s birthday! This was one of the best meals I’ve ever had!

B&G Oysters
Getting my USRDA of zinc, B12, and more with these local oysters. Chicken fried skate wing, then some local mussels.

Pre-race dinner…dirty Ketel One martini with blue cheese stuffed olives, wagyu sirloin steak (still prefer my wood-fired ribeyes at home), and Stag’s Leap Cabernet blend. Yeah, I’m gonna pay for this at the race tomorrow, but c’est la vie, carpe diem, eat, drink, and be merry, etc.

Neptune Oyster
Tasty brunch/early lunch of local oysters, a hot buttered lobster roll, and a local brew. Not too far from Paul Revere’s house, the Old North Church, Faneuil Hall. And as a bonus spitting distance from the Peet’s North End store.

L’Espalier
One of the best meals I’ve ever had (screw you French Laundery). Caviar, lobster, Uni, foie gras, morels, lamb bacon(!), and fantastic wine pairings.
