Ordered our usual – Shigoki and Standish Shore oysters, dungeness crab on butter lettuce for Andrea, lobster on butter lettuce for me and also the Spanish Toasts. Oysters were very fresh today and the Standish Shore were so sweet and buttery and were outstanding today. The watercress on both of our dishes was on the mature side so they were bitter and and tangy and the stems were a bit tough. Too bad. Spanish toasts are always good, but for some reason the bread seemed especially good too.
