I still that Bones Bagels is very popular and fortunately I don’t see the lines 20+ deep to order. Too many carbs in a bagel to eat this too often, but I had enjoyed it the previous times (here and here) we had eaten here. I got the same…their smoked salmon bagel sandwich this time on an everything bagel. Andrea had the vegetarian bagel sandwich. I do like this lighter more airy bagel (and I know some purists question whether or not this is really a bagel). I also ordered a couple of their sourdough chocolate chip cookies. They were thick and moist and topped with a bit of salt. Decent cookie. A lot to eat, but also worked great with morning coffee.
