It’s Thursday and yes we’re eating out but not at any of our usual haunts. No fine dining today since it’s more about the locale and some tasty fresh fish.

Garden Island Chocolate
We cracked open some cacao fruit during our farm tour at Garden Island Chocolate. Very educational about the labor intensive chocolate making. Plus lots of samples of chocolate and other exotic fruits and such grown on property (rambutan, lilikoi, acai, bark of cinnamon, all spice leaves, green peppercorns).
