Hump day repast – fresh truffles shipped from Les Pastras (I was waiting all day for the DHL delivery like an expectant father…). Fonduta and an aged Burgundy. Rib eyes (one aged and one not) with egg pasta and an aged barabaresco. A trio of desserts with a trio of digestifs. Should help us make it to the weekend.
