It’s Saturday night! Trying a new caviar purchased from Billingsgate, the local seafood store in our neighborhood. Tasty, but texture was a little gummy. (I think I’ll try some from Costco next to see how their caviar is, but so far the Regis Ova is our favorite) Baby martinis with Broken Shed vodka, our current favorite (Andrea Setterholm found that one of the neighborhood liquor stores carries it… score!). The steak is the last of our dry aged beef (aged almost 5 months at this point) from our local butcher shop, Barons. Andrea is working on a chimichurri sauce and I need to go pick a bottle of wine.
