The Caviar Co. had an event here for National caviar day (actually on Monday). They were tasting their full range of caviars…on blinis, potato chips, oysters, deviled eggs, and even ice cream. Of course our favorite way to taste the caviar was just as bumps of which we had many. The siberian sturgeon was the most flavorful and the golden Osetra was the most refined.
