Eggs, truffle, leftovers for breakfast

It looks a bit of a mess, but put together leftovers for lunch/brunch. I fried a couple of eggs that have been sitting in the container with the truffles since Wednesday, reheated the mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts from the other evening, and covered liberally with the last of the truffles. Not the prettiest plate, but plenty tasty!
