We were pleasantly surprised to find this place for our first night in Kauai. Decent cocktails and cuisine is a fusion of Italian and Japanese.

What are these foods? What a strange combo of dishes that run the gamut. I am puzzled as to how they are related. Looks like random dishes from various cuisines though you say it is Italian-Japanese fusion. The desert looks like sticky toffee pudding with weird blue sugar work? I am sure everything tasted good, but it looks like a weird combo.
