Another Ritual dinner, this time with Diego Guerrero, a 2-Michelin star chef from Spain at a venue in Cow Hollow. It’s late so I won’t go into great detail, but the chef did an amazing job extracting flavor from the ingredients. The vegetarian chorizo was so amazing and flavorful that you would have never guessed it was vegetarian. Food, wine, and service were amazing as usual, but we really enjoyed talking with so many others who really enjoyed fine dining and wine as much as we did.

Vegetarian chorizo. I feel like a million abuelas are rolling over in their graves all over the Spanish-speaking world.
