Private dinner on the rooftop of the restaurant. Chef Chucho joined us for dinner and took us through the process of tasting mezcal and talked us through dinner. He was a very artistic and passionate soul who puts so much into his work. After dinner, he DJ’d a bit and kept pouring us so many different mezcals and liqueurs he had created, all being so very tasty and unique.
