I had a fairly short connection so was glad I had about 20 minutes in the United lounge at Denver not too far from my gate. There are two floors for the lounge here and although it was fairly busy, it did not feel crowded at all. Salad was standard (i.e. meh), but the warm food looked much better than what we seem to find in the SFO lounges. I was sufficiently satisfied with the chicken marsala, esp. since I could pick dark meat/thighs. Fast, efficient, not too crowded, and near my gate. No complaints!
