Since we were at Billingsgate for lunch, we decided to pick up some fish while we were there. We decided to do something a bit different from our usual salmon so we went with the miso cod which we’ve never made at home (and is one of my favorites). Easy enough, just broiled it for until it browned up. Andrea made some black rice and kale for sides. We were down to our last bottle of sake, Nabeshima Junmai Daiginjo “Akaiwa Omachi” that we had purchased from True Sake, but it seemed like it was a good option for our meal. It was delicious and so easy. I’m sure we’ll do this again! Now I need to order more sake!
