We were here in Las Vegas only 4 months ago. Back then, this was Netflix Bites which didn’t survive long (and is only notable because Ginny hated it so much and it was a terrible concept) since it’s already gone and re-replaced by Avenué Café. We had breakfast, our first meal here in Vegas. I don’t really eat breakfast, but since we were here altogether. I ordered the Avocado Toast because I wanted something relatively light, I love avocados and eggs, and I was curious about avocado toast having only rarely ordering it. This was sourdough toast covered with whipped ricotta, a vertical oriented circle of sliced avocado with a poached egg atop. It was pretty much what you would expect and decent enough. Trisha had the biscuits and gravy which she really enjoyed. I can’t remember what Matthias had, but it was a hearty breakfast which I remember not wanting to do since, one, I don’t normally eat breakfast and, two, we would be eating in about 4 hours at Din Tai Fung.
