We were staying at Jean’s place and had gone to the Coldplay concert thanks to Jean. We all slept in a bit the next morning after that late night. I went for a beautiful run in the area and worked up an appetite. Jean made some delicious egg, canadian bacon, english muffins and cheesy hashbrowns. i ended up having two of the egg muffins with double canadian bacon on them and extra hashbrowns. Yum!
