Tornado Steak House

I was interested in trying a Wisconsin supper club, which was a perfect venue for Andrea’s reuniting with a couple of her high school friends, Laurie, Jean, and Jean’s daughter Chloe. We ended up picking Tornado Steak House which proved to be quite popular, esp. on a Friday evening and given that this was located just off of the capitol square.

I had the 28 oz. Ribeye on the Bone of course with French Onion soup and a side of Brussel Sprouts, Andrea had the Filet au Poivre with sweet corn, Jean had the 8 oz. Filet with the Hash Browns for her side (that was the biggest side of hash browns I’ve ever seen, but it looked good), Chloe had the Gulf Shrimp (friend) with a baked potato, and Laurie had the filet with sweet corn. I can’t believe I ate the entire ribeye. The large onion ring on top went nicely with the steak. I barely touched the brussel sprouts because I was so full from the steak.
