After our tasting at Nickel & Nickel, we had a little time to kill before dinner, so some of us went looking for another tasting. Nancy at N&N told use we could just walk-in at Bella Union, one of their sister wineries in the Far Niente family. It seemed quite crowded and the facilities at the winery seemed quite nice and new. I think Dave’s membership at N&N had a little sway and we were quickly seated at a table in a quieter, less crowded area.
I don’t have much commentary for this one. The wines here weren’t so much my thing, but we all certainly consumed plenty of it. Our host Isaias was very entertaining and accommodating. It was a very good time and it was great spending more time with Aparna, Kendra, Dave, and Lilly.
